In the fine print there was noticed a tax defaulted land sale with properties ranging from $25 to $3600.

Since the LLC will have it's on unique name filed with the Secretary of State it won't be necessary to file a DBA for the business.

So if the BPO price range is above your offer...then you either need to raise your offer or challenge the BPO.
