It's not running at full speed, but there's an appreciable rumble.I drive through Waterville frequently but have never been stuck at a crossing and have never heard the horn blow. 

@Lucas Allmon, I would advise that you should determine first how active or passive you want to be, and have time to be, with your investments.Much of investing in real estate and real estate assets can now be done from anywhere you have a high speed internet connection.

I would partially agree A $500/mo cashflow on a 100k property is not going to outpace even a 300k house that appreciates highly.I don't see how it effects the speed of building your portfolio either - the cash flow doesn't matter when I'm buying great deals.

If police have the time to set up speed traps and arrest people for possession of marijuana, they should certainly have the time to take care of real issues such as this.

Finding a mentor is definitely something that can speed up the learning process 10x.
