Its sad when people turn away from something that could be life changing for them because of information they read in a blog with out checking it out for themselves.

@Dallas KiddI installed floating vinyl tile over padding, not realizing the flooring should not go over padding. sadly, did not realize until after I put it in 4 houses. as of now, only 1 house needs replaced, but I am sure others to follow.

The old ones are built better than any of the new ones and often (and sadly for the environment), it costs more to repair them than to replace them.

Many unlicensed brokers have no problem walking away and screwing the seller sad to say! 

Haha this sad thing is, is that I felt after reading this post that I should be able to post a question and I totally got a rude reply.
