Fortunately, that has afforded me the opportunity to save up for an investment.Not sure if anyone can relate to this feeling when starting out, but I feel like I've talked to a million people who've pointed be in a million different directions to the point where it makes you just not want to do anything.I've toyed with the idea of investing out of state (random places like Cincy, Houston, etc...), but I just don't really have a level of comfort to do that for my first property.

Meaning if there is only 5 reviews but it says the comp made 200k.. well that might be telling airdna pulled bad data and you cant use that comp. 2) Next is you can check the calendar of the comps it pulls and see if its random blocked days or if there is any uniformity.

Trim, cabinets, doors, HVAC etc. can all be easily ruined by a seemingly harmless pet.I'd be quite leery about renting to somebody who will be bringing random animals in and out of the apartment.

Five years.... just a random number :) I figure it's more than one (which is important for tax reasons) and less than 10 (which is just so far away my brain doesn't comprehend it!).
