Hello,I am vetting tenants to fill in a vacant apartment that has no dish washer.I am impressed with a particular tenant's profile who has been pushing me for a dishwasher and he is even willing to bring in a portable dishwasher. There are few limitations I have in terms of space and don't want to mess around with plumbing system.I just want to know if it's okay to have a portable dishwasher and if there are any issues that I need to be aware of having a portable dishwasher.Appreciate your feedback. Thanks

The people making requests all have: - NO profile pics- ALL are local from Philly- ALL profiles are minimally verified - All requests are for ~2 days on random dates this and next month- Almost no one has any reviews- No request really has a solid/detailed message stating their purpose for booking It almost feels like they are fake accounts compared to all the successful bookings I've had the entire time before the lock-down.

If you get another tenant and their profile is the same but your "gut" doesn't feel bad about the tenant and you accept them to lease from you; then you are discriminating.

The reason that they provide you with a a credit report was probably NOT about saving $35....The prospective tenants might of not wanted their credit to show a additional inquiry on their credit profile it could have a negative impact on their score.
