I am doing a rehab on a rental unit that currently has the type of drop down ceiling tile that you see in office spaces.

Specifics look like :  21,000 sq/ft, building 14-17 1/1 and 2/1 units with the lower 10,500 sq/ft being office space.

I see apartments spring up in old downtown Wichita in former office buildings.

.#1 the office has to approve your buyers, have you approached them and they will work with you?
