Hello everyone I have a question about a mentor and what steps or advice I need to take everybody keeps saying to get mentor or someone to help guides you along the way I'm really passionate about real estate and my financial freedom and i take this knowledge serious but not sure in how to get mentors?

Generally a great realtor has an intense desire to help others and is passionate about real estate investing. 

Cant wait to escape and be able to devote all my attention to my true passion..   

It sounds you found something that meshed with your passion and what you were good at.

I decided I should finally introduce myself here because the thing I am missing in my daily life is a circle of friends and business acquaintances who share the same passion I have for real estate.

I recently found my passion for real estate investing one day while scrolling through Tik Tok.

I say this with love for her, but real estate isn't her passion as much as it's mine, but she's willing to invest money with me so that's great.

I mention these other options because diversification is still important in REI, and ideally, you find strategies that you have a lot of passion around that also meet your financial goals. 

I've always had a passion for real estate and the idea of creating unique experiences for people.
