I know of the usual suspects, QB, Quicken, Xero... but wondering if anyone has experience updating these packages from Buildium exports - is it easy?

I don't have $700-1000 to pay for a trust & sub2 package until right at closing which does me no good.

You can reach out to title companies and ask if they know any PM lenders and also search recent cash transactions.You definitely want to put together a professional package showcasing your past projects.

I am a notary but I've never looked into the LSA route because as was mentioned most banks will notarize docs for free and if you ask most title companies will send the borrower the closing package including instructions to the notary via email.
