Great discussion here.I would just add that note investing is a business whereby you need to learn the fundamentals and have an action plan in place.That requires self-reflection, a budget, branding, a team in place, and systems.Once you begin your pursuit of education while self-reflecting on your long term goals, you will form parameters.Those parameters might include states you prefer and don’t prefer.At the end of the day, you want to be careful that others aren’t setting your parameters up as it should be an organic process you come to realize for yourself.Hope that makes some sense as that is how I approach it.

I get separate checks and business debit cards as well for all the accounts as well, I find this to be the easiest way to organize everything and make life super easy at the end.

In Huntsville traffic is a breeze compared to any nearby major metro area, Atlanta, Memphis, Birmingham, Nashville, you name it.

@Michael Greenberg, Sonoma has become so known for being a travel/tourist destination, they started limiting the option to have an air BNB due to multiple complaints from the local homeowners and residents about the amounts of traffic and other areas that had been severely impacted by all the visitors.

I'd probably hit it with a wire wheel on a grinder,  especially in the high traffic areas. 

I need to be more organized.

There are exemptions for owner occupied, religious organizations and fraternal type organizations.

That sounds like a great system to stay organized.
