What will work for you over the course of your life?

I had a landlord attempt to 'invite the court' into my situation I had with a landlord that apparently wasn't having a good week, month or life for that matter.

For me, $ is a great motivator, but being a RE investor allows me freedom for my family which is the most important thing in life to me.

We have a comfortable life here, and when/if we move back to the states, We'd like to maintain it.Hi Tim-Yes, they're building 2 casinos here, a Sands with convention center on the main island just south of the central business district on reclaimed land, and another spearheaded by local Genting Goup on smaller Sentosa Island (sort of a resort/park/ golf development island linked by bridge and monorail) which will include a theme park.Funny thing is, Singapore has resisted having casinos for decades, afraid of turning into another vice-ridden Macao.

Just like all things in life, you will have to sift through many managers until you find the right one.

I've looked at numerous bank owned houses that were illegal (yes, that's the correct word) duplex'es or even triplex'es.
