Hi Everyone,I'm going to check out a property here in Missouri tomorrow morning.

Good morning all,I am in the process of getting started on my REI venture.

Our very first tenants (mother and daughter) who called us at 2:30 one morning saying they had no hot water when trying to take a shower. 

It was kind of strange opening up the paper this morning and finding myself in a photo (the guy in the blue shirt behind the guy with his bid card up} blaming the Marion Co tax sale investors for the blighted communities in Indianapolis.I think the article makes some good points, though.

SOOOOO. theres a house on my block thats been vacant for a while . the lady that lived in it passed, her son who was older was living there as well. i went to the house this morning to ask if he might be intersted in selling... i knock on the door of course no one answers, the mail box is jammed packed with old mail and i see that the mail is registered to someone with a differant name. i check public records not to much more info to go on. how do i find out who really owns the house and how can i track them down

Of course you are anxious to get all of your units rented out, but it is so important to make sure you have the best tenants possible.
