Have been keeping an eye on the Waconia area but nothing has come across that just made me want to jump on it.I just can't fathom how these MF's in NE (my main area) are going for 150+/unit.

I planned on doing the minor cosmetic fixes i know i can handle (sheet rock, paint, trim etc.) but my main focus is going to be managing the flip as a whole (contractors,scheduling) creating a system, and setting up the next deal.

I am from Paterson, i don't want to invest here but worst case i might if I can get it cheap/ now i know the supply is limited i understand that but i wouldn't want to overpay for a property cause you will be in the red already. cash flow is more important to me, i will form an LLC when buying the property. with high taxes will buying a property here to house hack make sense still?
