Personally, I like the lower monthly payment with a 30 and then have extra expendable cash flow on top.

Such investors could have a higher return by investing in a US syndication so it'd make no sense for them to take the additional risk of investing in Mexico and get a lower return.Another option would be to presell the units of your project and use your clients' prepayments as source of financing.
