Were they a bust or are there a few gems hidden among the 10 ft by 50 ft parcels?

I would include the fee for the garage in the cost of the apartment with instructions that the garage door is to be closed as soon as a car has entered or left. hopefully you have garage openers.. also state owner is not responsible for lost or stolen property.  

A few things to go fix, but over all, nothing major and nothing hidden.  

The houses you find this way have no one else working them, the hidden market.

Be sure to have the property inspected to determine if there are any hidden problems and establish an estimate on the usable life expectancy of the major systems and appliances.  

The house had gone into escrow numerous times and had always failed inspection, it needed a lot of work with "hidden" problems so it showed OK but had lots of rot.

Keep us all posted of the progress as this sounds like it has a ton of hidden nuggets for all to learn from as it develops!  

Illiteracy: inability to read or write.Obviously if one receives a letter informing them they will be relocated to a hotel and they do not leave as instruct it must be due to the fact that they could not read the letter.
