Fortunately, the law prevailed and we got what we wanted in past Thursday, and the good news kept come in.  

My brother and I are fortunate enough to be able to start a Rehab business.

Fortunately, Savannah has strict STVR zoning regs that eliminate some of the guess work when trying to find a property in a decent area.

The next day I continued to hear the water was rising in all directions (this is on O'Neal Lane) and it didn't sound like any units would be spared as water was up to the doorstep everywhere as I was hearing from the tenants who were so FORTUNATE TO HAVE CELL SERVICE OTHER THAN AT&T!! 

Fortunately I have already started sorting out lending options through folks on this site and outside AND I've given a pretty tight profile on what I'm after too him.  

Fortunately, with the value being about 600K, my father decided to split the profits between my father, my 2 sisters, and myself if we sell it.

Although I have been unfortunate to have had 4 evictions under my belt, I have been FORTUNATE to never had a tenant 'answer' to respond/challenge the summons.

I also give to my heart,  the Volunteer Fire Dept I was fortunate to be a part of its creation and building before I got sick.  

Fortunately it was a small grow that didn't cause any big issues (moisture damage, electrical modifications, etc) but every surface in the unit had to be painted as well as new carpet and pad.

Fortunately the variables are almost always the same in each up and coming or area being gentrified.
