You may not know this, but a lot of people 'talk' their messages into their phone, hence the occasional misuse of words.

What was advertised as some magic system is just a bunch of video calls where Jamil and other 'experts' basically have a podcast where they talk for 3 hours, occasionally on topic - but more often about other products you'll need to buy to be more successful.

Occasionally, you may find an ancillary income stream {parking, laundry} included in that number to boost it even further.In reality, your effective gross revenue will be the scheduled rent minus vacancy.  

It all that isn't enough, you have the occasional flood that brings in the nation guard, and continuous inflow and outflow of psychotic mutt tenants.Yeah, that's Coffeyville Kansas. 

I have a finished basement in one property which has occasional moisture.

You may occasionally have to deviate if a particular room is over-sized or has a different foundation than what you are used to, but start compiling quotes and historical expenses from similar projects to help you better gauge what a new property may require.

You will occasionally see an assortment of other attractions near ski resorts, most likely hiking paths/trails nearby, commercial hangout spots, ATV trails/renting,  Lakes, etc.

I do occasionally venture up to Milwaukee for meetings.
