You seem to express so much doubt about yourself.

The point of the article was to introduce a thought experiment to help folks who financially suffer under common misconceptions, as millions of aspiring homeowners are romantic about real estate, and spend more than they budgeted for that bigger house or bigger yard, or a chefs stove that is a total and utter SUNK COST, and then justify it by parroting that "Your home is your biggest investment" expression.

LOL .......I like the expression "healthy respect" vs fear.However, the nature of these fears is different.

I think that's a great idea, but I don't think it makes sense to bring it up more than once or twice with a person if they've not expressed interest in what you do.

Lots of great thoughts which I feel are honest expression of your feeling about this topic. 

It seems to me that most fear mongers have much to gain in a worst case scenario.I for one will express a great deal of confidence in strong institutions including the US government, over the alternative.

@Anthony Newbold I completly understand the emotions you are feeling and expressing in this matter, we all feel the same outrage and theft of rights, BUT you must understand one crime does not correct nor is it justified by anothers previous crime, BOTH are still criminal events and punishable as such.
