I would try to connect with some STR companies and maybe STR specific realtors in your area, to see what they have to say about the market.A little inside tip...the house design you're going for is a hot hot trend that STR guests are looking for!

Hi @Keaton Vols, congrats on the house hack and getting started early.As you're aware, there are many investing strategies you might consider, though if your aim is to expand your portfolio then BRRRR investing is a great option.

I love the idea of house hacking, as for it is a way to build equity while minimizing expenses. 

The GC hired an electrician for a complete house re-wire and a plumber for a complete house re-plumb.

The prices have gone up so much that is the only reason it is tough to find good cash flow houses.

However, the area has plummeted in value and I'm now upside down on this house.   

Thankfully turo did have.So now we’re packing the Houston house.
