I feel like we need more information than is being provided  The lender meant to say 45.0%, which is not the end of the world.

I meant take over the mortgage as in "pay it for your parents" not actually assume the mortgage.

Notaries are meant to protect from fraud such as this situation by verifying the person's identity and having the person appear before us in person.

Whenever my wife and I hear one of our residents say something like that, we KNOW that we'll never run out of a healthy supply of tenants who will support our retirement.We also realize that they have as many votes as we do in elections, but that's a whole other conversation.

You should at a minimum have annual meetings where the board is elected, why not try to get on the board?
