Hi, I’m new to BP and I was wondering how much it might cost me annually to set up and maintain a team of real estate related experts, from the realtor, to the contractors and the handymen, property managers and accountants.

The previous rental homes I owned appreciated a lot and in the past some experts suggested I sell and do a 1031.

It may be more economical to just put a 100w lamp in there, or redirect some heated airflow.. one or both will likely be needed either way, tenant or not.At this point I am just trying to ponder who would be a potential tenant - staying at a furnished place at the lake village, during winter months only… some nerdy person seeking solitude?
