I am not ready to start an LLC or an S corp at this time and will not until I have done at least a couple deals.

@Jamie Henkin I travelled to Indianapolis to visit with a couple turnkey providers before I pulled the trigger.

The thing about this neighborhood is it is not a mobile home park, the lots are big, and there are a few lots with very nice brand new brick homes owners have built, and others with older homes as well.

Unfortunately, I was forced to file for ch 13 a couple of years ago as I was still dealing with the financial fallout from '08 and '09.

I'm brand new to real estate and I'm in the phase of taking in as much information as I can.  

I do not know anyone in T N I do know a couple guys where I live that do it.

I'm thinking of utilizing 203k financing and living in one of the units, but have a couple questions.  

@Joseph SkatesI'm not sure I clearly understand your question.If your business is collecting waste then you will most likely have a couple of possible revenue streams: a dumping fee you may/may not charge to folks who bring the waste two you;scrap fees you may collect on sale of the various component elements you extract from the electronics.Depending on where you are, there may be a provincial program which will supplement one of those revenue streams (kid of like the tyre levies charges my many/most provinces).  

I've got a couple that I use in Chicago.  

And it will take a few weeks, maybe a couple of months in some states.
