Several outfits only offer the inspection.They should be licensed in Indiana through Professional Licensing Agency, carry General and E&O insurance, send you digitally documentation with photos and videos, and offer other items as part of the inspection package. 

Easiest staging is to have great tenant that has nice decor and ask if you can take a photo of that room.Is this for a House or Apartment..You could call a stager and get prices.We staged a house, didn't touch the bedrooms.

Make sure you listings have floorplans, 25+ photos, REAL numbers for the past 12 mos., etc.

I am looking for an honest contractor or handyman who I can pay to inspect my property,take photos, and make any repair suggestions on a yearly basis.

@Allende Hernandez not sure if you're still looking for remote access solutions, but if so check out InvictusManagement.net Great resources for allowing limited access to specific people, as well as capturing a photo of who is entering the property each time. 

I can't make the one tomorrow but I'll definitely try to catch the next one.
