If the seller has indeed updated some of the key systems recently and up to code, then that is phenomenal!

You can click on the state where you are interested in networking or put in the zip code.

I guess we'll need to alter our expectations a bit.  

For SD and proximity to airport and that budget, La Jolla is probably the best for what you'll get, it's a top 5 zip code in the US for a reason.

But there are commercial coded properties in the area
