The RE that sold me the place is begging for me to sale and I am actively looking at investment opportunities in case something lines up.

one deal is 4 units building with a nice street, close to a good school, foundation is good and the overall of the house is great, it might need some electric work but that is not really a deal breaker!

I know prices fluctuate depending on the street they are on. 

I have been actively looking on the usual suspects of websites (loopnet, redfin, zilllow) but feel like I still have a lot to learn about particular neighborhoods in the SoCal area.

All that being said, there has to be a way out if they are actively damaging the property and you will need a lawyer to advise you properly.

We're active in the DFW market in selected areas.

I "think" they are big, active, good at winning the auctions, and have big reputation.....I cant get them on the phone....but am intrigued by them....and what exactly they are...

I am an active duty service member with no debt (yet) and about $10,000 is cash to invest. 

My personality type is one that would result in me being as active in real estate as some full-time agents are, and the busier I am the more efficient I become.
