I've always joked that I would quickly be in the used furniture biz if STR collapsed.I own 66 beds if you could trundles/daybeds/futons etc.I usually use a designed and the actual frames typically come from West Elm, Pottery Barn, Wayfair and sometimes Amazon.

One of the benefits is it'll create the floor plan with dimensions, so I don't have to measure the rooms, and the potential tenants can just go there and see if their beds/furniture, etc. will fit.

I'm not a fan of consumer debt of any kind, but definitely don't apply for or open new credit lines of any kind while you are pending.Lenders will run a last sec re-score just before funding and even one little new card or furniture store line could sink your deal.Play with cc snakes long enough, you will get bit.
