Kurt is correct, with the recent news of the rays stadium coming to ybor, investors are going  to be driving the prices up in the area. the demand for building new restaurants and bars to support the stadium crowd and entertainment, with that will come the increased need for close by quality living. it can be a bit touch and go for now but in a few years its going to be an amazing area.

Little things like monitoring utilities, connecting everything to surge protectors so appliances don't steal extra electricity, no cable or unnecessary entertainment additions.

We've got plenty of ways to stay connected and entertained.

On top of that, I know the market inside and out regarding SFR and not as much with small multi families up to 4 units.At the end of the day, the numbers speak louder than anything so if someone was to find some grand slam deal outside my area, I would certainly entertain it.
