Some banks have high interest savings/checking accounts where if you use your debit card attached to that account a few times a month and/or have autopay attached to that account (for monthly things like your cell phone bill, cable bill, etc.) you get a much higher interest rate than a typical savings account. 

Have a general interest in learning more about them and not sure where to find more recent discussion in the app

He is going from paying the average san diego rent prices to having his housing expense be less than his cell phone bill...lol.

As you can imagine, they may be inundated with texts, especially if it's their personal cell and not an automated one.

They have contractors with reviews and ratings and you can communicate right on the app.
