To start with these companies you will have to a business address that is not your home, your cell phones listed under a business directory or under 411 directory.

Add an early termination fee (ETF) clause (think cell phone contract) to your lease and everyone is happy.

Otherwise, figure out what the installation of other systems might entail before letting an outside company drill holes and attach devices to your property.As the owner of the property, I would take reasonable steps to make sure the property is secure.

The phone number on the Truste's Deed is someone's cell phone number, as is the phone number I was able to find on the internet.

Now, more recently I purchased a brand new off the shelf unit and wound up getting locked out of my property with my keys, tools and cell phone inside the property (this happened in the winter in MN).
