Not sure about the staff side of things, but one of my friends campus rentals was rented out to part of the sports team, once the team found out the season was cancelled, they called code enforcement and got out of their lease.However my campus rental has stayed full!

You will find that most smaller septic companies do not have a designer on staff.

Stop at Home Depot and Lowe's and talk to KNOWLEDGEABLE staff in various departments to get a feel for costs of both parts and labor.

I agree with the concept that VRBO is better than AIR.....higher caliber of clients for sure, better customer support (some of their staff actually speak English) they understand the model that most of us are trying to do much better - rent nice houses to nice people.
