@J Martin  - I'd love to invest locally where I live here in Fremont, but the numbers just don't make sense - at least not from a cash-flow perspective for somebody like me who isn't sitting on a boat-load of cash.

But that makes me think I am really wasting time trying to save any money doing things I really do no want to be doing. 

After the second snaking of the drain I had the drain guys run a camera and they diagnosed the problem to be a poorly pitched pipe which is causing waste to build up etc. 

It's a terrible wast of time.  

What questions should those Investors be asking of a potential Realtor to make sure that nobody's time is wasted?

It's an angled room with a load bearing wall on either side.

You would be better off providing a stackable 24" front load, HE, apartment size washer and dryer.  

waste if time in my opinion.  

Just because she is a mother doesn't make it ok for her to waste other peoples time.
