@Roni Elias read books on real estate, listen to podcasts to learn from others in the industry, attend networking events (even if they are virtual), attend local meetups to get to know folks in your area.

Do you use docusign ? What do you use in order to send them the agreements they have to sign?

(I know you asked about RI specifically but your profile says you’re from Mass so I figured I’d mention that one too.)I think they have virtual meetings until that point but am not sure if they’re members only or not.I’ve found it harder to make new networking connections during the stay-at-home period, but relatively good for renewing existing connections as people aren’t distracted with a million other things and are usually happy for the human contact 😊

  * I post virtual tours of my houses on YouTube walking thru the unit very slowly with my phone taking video. 

Local meetups, REIA meetings, etc (I know most of these have stopped or are virtual for the next few months).  

The previous owner made it easy for us to look like rock stars when we took over, he did virtually nothing.
