Standard yellow letters or are you looking for something more unique?

The plan is to master my craft and find my niche - like you said, "focus on the types of things you can do well and learn along the way." 

I think that your area around Las Vegas will do well and continue to keep on providing you with the opportunity to do well in whatever you select.There are a few things after you make a niche selection and a market area that works best for y'all.    

Learn what is  real estate investment and the different strategies it contains, pick your target niche then search for more info in that area. becoming successful doesnt happen over night and its take ambition and determination to change your current situation. im a newbie like you my friend and just wanted to say DONT GIVE UP.

I have been on BP for about 18 months and I still have not decided which niche to pick while I am medically recovering.  

:-DWell, I can, but doing this long distance has its unique challenges, if I may say so.Other than that I have nothing that frustrates me.

But I do see the PreFab niche taking over the construction industry in time.

I have a unique opportunity to secure a loan at the Applicable Federal Rate (1.04% for 1-3 years, 2.08% for 3-9 years, or 2.77% for 9+ years).

I guess you'll just have to see what your niche ends up being! 

I cannot walk yet but I have not given up.Education should go for life to know your niche better and you learn about financial statements so you can invest better.
