The themed unit had 35% more bookings and at a higher nightly rate.If you want to keep it simple and not spend a ton on furnture/tv's & theming expect to get less per night.

I reached out for short term comforts such as video games, seeking certifications and masters degrees, and movies / tv, when in reality I used those comforts to dull the pain of not living the life I truly wanted.

I kinda wish I had started a reality tv show for this, and I'm sure there will be plenty more odd encounters before I'm done. 

Get rid of all unnecessary expenses, cell phones, lacquer, cigarettes, cable tv, restaurants, and friends/girl friends that cost you money.

Suite is $800/mo, and that includes everything (i.e. water, trash, pest, building insurance, tv, internet, electricity, and access to all the amenities) except for contents insurance.  

There is not a book in the world that will provide reality, just like those dumb flipping shows on TV, not reality. 

Does anyone know if there will be a BiggerPockets tv show?

That's not a leisurely outing but a major time commitment.

I have learned a lot from YouTube channels such as Lili Invests and Flipping Mastery TV and have begun analyzing and reaching out for deals.
