We are in the process of going under contract for a fix/flip and need to secure a good closing attorney.

If you have constant access to great deals that you have access to and he doesn't, have him front the money and you manage the process and even get in there and help the contractor with your labor.

But the process of trying something new was fun and I would be lying if I said I didnt want to try my hand at it again!

I'm basically hoping someone can help with explaining the process and paperwork from A-Z.

My question is where do I find exactly what part of the foreclosure process these properties are in?

As I am starting out novice, does anyone have any good recommendations for a GOOD  mentorship program to assist with the process? 

If you are to make an offer to purchase the property the seller in this case has the option to honor your offer to purchase and not lease the property while your loan to purchase the property is in process.
