I currently rent a 2 bedroom apartment in southern california and at the end of last year me and my spouse noticed that the carpet inside of our closet right next to our front door was completely soaked due to heavy rain fall (we had some heavy rain here since at least november 2019 to may 2020).

As for the shower head issue, is it something a good soak in CLR would clear up or does it need to be replaced? 

But, if you were to go ahead and offer undergrad housing, just expect a lot of dumb damage and beer-soaked carpet. 

I'm just curious how long the burnt-out house was left as is from the time the fire department finished soaking it.

I Have been soaking up as much information & knowledge as I possibly can from reading books as well as listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast every day.

It is a nice warm white that goes with our alpine oak doors and brass hardware and golden 90's oak cabinets.I love SW Pure White because it's about as clean white as you can get without getting cold.

Next door neighbor keep the tax's paid keep the property from going to seed and direct benefit. 

Been trying to soak in as much information as I can through the forum and books, currently reading "Hot to Invest in Real Estate", have read, "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing", "Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth", "Rich Dad Poor Dad", and "The Book on Investing In RE with No (and low) Money Down".

There appear to be a lot of big players in the RE world attending/speaking at this event, so it may be a good event to attend and soak up some information.

The faster way would be to flip your cash (or cash like substances) into larger cash, then use the profits (after you've grown your seed money) ONLY to buy your hold properties.
