You can deny them for something else but you cannot just make up something random. 

Hello BP community...Lately I've been thinking about my pursuit of real estate investing and something random came into my head and I wanted to hear your thoughts on it.  

The middle ground, finding a random contract online and using that, has none of the benefits of a lawyer, none of the simplicity of a one-off one-pager, but just "feels" better.

Looking at 5 random REITs, I see:One Liberty Properties Inc.

They have started layoffs too (kind of a random statement but it goes along with which direction would be best).

I used to look forward to visiting BP and commenting on random threads where I felt I could be useful--it was almost a hobby--but now not so much.  

As stated by another, a good insurance policy can provide similar liability protection.I'd challenge those saying this will trigger the due on sale clause to find more than a single random real estate attorney who's ever seen that happen when transferring title out of your name to an LLC in which you have a controlling interest.

If a contractor gets p---sed off randomly, a simple trip to the Recorders/Clerks office for $15 will make him/her feel a lot better.

Hire a random someone on craigslist to picture the house after each phase?
