The clients that I get very concerned about are the ones that are telling me how to do my job.Overtime, they become the most expensive in your business because they take an emotional toll as well as more actual time.These people are almost never satisfied and are quick to jump the gun on everything.

I have only bought and sold props in CO  never done foreclosures there so you would need to have a quick chat with either a good title officer if you can.. or an attorney.

I was going to replace with new verticals blinds but am now thinking a curtain rod would be cheaper or panel blinds would be more attractive.  

Such hard truth....I have seen many people discouraged because they can't scale as quickly as they think everyone else does or they think others had it easy.

You're right, a bridge loan could provide quick cash for your rehab projects, but there are considerations.

So if you have any affluent friends they could do a private loan and you can record that and refinance it pretty quickly.

But yes it’s not a get rich quick scheme. 

Interesting info, but trying to beat the millions in budget that AirBNB and VRBO spend to attract customers is really tough.

I am not endorsing him but for thirty bucks and a quick read do that before you shell out tens of thousands for an asset protection advisor or some other fear based sales pitch.
