Hey everyone,I'm searching for the best app for tracking mileage on a business vehicle while using the same vehicle for personal use.

Needed some input on thisIf we buy a house which has renters in it is it second home or investment property?

Hi @Anthony AbruzzoWe had a rental house for a year here in Fort Worth and I never had to show up to the property.

I live in affordable housing , my house cost $600K , I can afford it .

Personally a cash-out refi could help me get more quickly into all-cash BRRRs or a REI venture in Spain, however I don't know to what extent this is at the expense of rental cash flows, and what is the wiser decision long term.I've combed through posts online and looked for Excel templates to run some calcs and get a sense, but nothing really filled the void... 

Personally I would focus for areas near downtown/ med center/galveston.

You'll end up spending countless hours trying to analyze all the numbers, and in the end you still won't know what house to buy.Our grandparents didn't have all these research tools, podcasts, books, and other resources, and they still managed to invest in real estate. 

-We have to move forward to help mitigate this problem b/c one owner lives 3 hours away and I live 30 min away and can't be at the house daily to empty dehumidifiers.
