This is Oak Park, not Curtis Park.   

Land they are not making anymore of it.. was tag lines when my Dad was selling land in the 60s.the other one was a picture of an Oak tree on a brown hills side.. tag line Location Location location. 

I am looking at this neighborhood - Mountain Oaks in Stone Mountain.

So if you are familiar with Dallas we have bought Live Oak and Skillman (walking distance to Lower Greenville), Bishop Arts, Medical District/Maple, M Streets, and a couple of properties in Elmwood.  

I don’t buy full retail price - even Potatoe Chips.

For example almost all the trim pieces in doorways are cut too short and there’s a cm gap at the bottom, you can see pencil lines drawn on the tile, paint chips on parts of the way, etc. personally we don’t care since it’s a rental but most that live in this neighborhood own the home so if they did these things on all the homes that’s pretty sad.

Its a good cash flow area but I just read that Intel is investing 20 Billion dollars for a chip plant near Columbus. 

Look We have all been there at first , but  it is my opinion you need to stack chips to have something to actually invest  .. then get into the game .

I'd encourage you to look at Oak Park, Redford, Dearborn Heights, Allen Park, Melvindale, Warren to name a few.

It's like the lays potatoe chips, you can't just eat one!
