@William Webb @Linda D.Personally, I would like to live somewhere that is pretty "city" i.e. close to food and a Walmart lol.But for investing I was wanting to know where the A, B, and C class neighborhoods are.

There will be plenty of experienced investors and contractors to learn an network with as well as good food!

You're unfortunately throwing every tax term into the same food processor, without explaining what dish you're cooking.

I try to connect with someone higher in the food chain and had better experience and are more realistic.

BP is about peers getting together, over drinks/food, to chat about real estate, network, and grow.

One of my tenants died and after his death, his son with a bad drug problem was squatting in the house begging the elderly neighbors for food and money.

That leaves 1K for gas, car insurance, food, incidentals, internet, phone, etc.

I say this with skepticism because you didn't mention anything about having a large trust fund to start buying large multifamily to keep food on the table.
