I looked at the property at 119 1/2 maple and it was a wast of time for me.

Also, I don't necessarily subscribe to this, but I do know a lot of older MFR investors just keep their rents lower than everyone else and do minimal improvements after they retire.

Most of them have next to nothing and going after what little they have is a waste of time.

If she does not get to that point you are wasting your time and need to forget it all together or move forward without her. 

Once again, there is a lot of risk involved in purchasing a house sight unseen... especially an older house that you're assuming has minimal repairs to be done. 

Id like to complete one property and be able to roll right into the next so that we don't have any time wasted in between!
