I say that to say they are getting much better with phone response times, and will even do callbacks now.If you or anyone you know need to call for whatever reason, call the office in Ogden, Utah if you have a choice (some forms list multiple locations to call).

It's not them seeing the ID, it's also them being a responsible custodian of the information.

Response time should be reasonable, but not immediate.

Ultimately no one has more to gain or lose with the deal than you so you are responsible for all decisions that are made.

We have seen new builds in certain areas in Reno have solid up front yield (around a 5 cap) and have immediate growth in a short amount of time.
