I will be looking for rental property in the Austin area as my good friend moved from San Jose to Bastrop Tx. just outside of Austin last year and my other friend Kenny moved to Round Rock Tx. just outside Austin. 

Some of my tenants are the salt of the earth, but I had to evict a few that tasted like a mouthful of rock salt.It takes guts to chime in after Frank has spoken. 

Also, there are likely FB groups for Little Rock real estate that will allow you to post your properties.

So I paid for that ‘test’ then they asked for more money for remediation, I paid for that.... then they said , we hit a rock, we need to test the water!!!!!!!! 

I plan to replace the basement ceiling with 5/8 rock (it's a popcorn mess now) for part of the fire suppression requirements,  but would probably run into additional issues with a separate unit, even as an STR.Good idea.
