Are there other good channels to find qualified tenants?

We bought for 200k I know there is a good bit of equity but didn’t get appraisal (~350k).

Then I bought a bigger condo for our primary residence in 2022 for 275k with a conventional mortgage (5% down,1.5% APR).

But you know enough to be able to fill in the blanks and get close... public records, utility companies, visiting with residents, walking the park and networking with other park owners. 

My debt-to-income levels, by conventional banking standards, are good but not great.

I own the home but I do not live there as my primary residence. 

Pretty good value for $9 ($27 total for us per month).
