I feel offended by her behavior towards me. 

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, loud noises, loud music, noxious or unpleasant odors, and disruptive behavior or actions.Advice PLEASE! 

Rewarding someone for bad behavior is a great way to encourage more bad behavior.

Here's my opinion:  If your lease doesn't specify anything, then your behavior sets the rules. 

There is a plan for cameras 👍🏼 and there already is a motion sensor light that turns on, but it hasn’t deterred the activity...I want the behaviors to stop...and quite frankly there to be no narcotics on my property.

Some landlords have changed their wording to ask if people have any animals to address deceptive tenant behavior, they require a form filled pre-occupancy.

His wife is a nice gal who never bothers me and I don't think really cares about the issues that he brings up to me, if he was more like his wife, I would not be considering terminating his tenancy, and I have talked to him in the past about his behavior, told him I would not tolerate it and that if he didn't like the way I did things, he could move and it did get better... for awhile until it recently started again.

Besides the dropping that will be on every square foot of carpet that will turn it into a gurgling primordial ooze a large bird with any sort of stress or behavioral issues will often act out in a destructive manner. 

She knew her debt to income would be an issue by her behavior. 

Late 2022-Post Pandemic- This behavior is becoming EPIDEMIC-either due to high rents or Millenial’s entitlement-for me, it’s all otherwise “good” renters
