So if an investors specializes in SFR's, or Mobile homes and is doing great, well in that case diversifying into apartments etc. may be unnecessary and superfluous.Just my 2 cents.

I found a mobile home park that had just changed from owner only to tenants allowed.

A friend's mobile home park recently had an issue with bed bugs.

I thought he could continue living in his existing house/mobile home, when this all began 8 years ago.He ended up having to move a double wide modular and putting it on its own block foundation, septic, new electrical service,,,now remodeling to bring up to date.City has paid 8 to 10 K per acre for surrounding land back when land was selling for 2kto 3500k now land has doubled.

Those are both mechanical issues, and, IMO are dedicated trades.

I purchased two houses in Mobile, Alabama last June hoping to re-hab them and flip them quickly.

I own some stick built stuff but mainly mobile home parks where sub metering utilities from a master meter is now a pretty common thing.

New to posting here at BP, been a silent observer for some time......been reading a little, but looking for a more direct answer if possible........is rent to own for mobile homes still legal in WI with the SAFE Act?

Mobility is only a problem if they over feed it, otherwise they can move very swiftly & jump three feet in the air if they need or want to.
