Which I guess leads to the bigger lesson: know what the local market requires at closing, and DEFINITELY educate yourself on what Title Companies will and won't check for in each state. 

For the past 6 months I’ve tried to educate myself on the topic.

Do a search on any of the SaaS solutions or apps out there to deepen an educated decision.I have tried quite a few lead gen apps and other workarounds in the past, most are not helpful.

Secondly, I would start reading some books to educate yourself.

On that note, I am not very educated on mortgages.

I have looked into that just need to educate myself more.

The addition of $200,000 is an educated guess.

With step 2 being more education on multi-family ownership, and hang around in here.

I think educating myself as best I can is easing the anxiety.
