In New York there are many that have done what your talking about I know one investor that turned 2m into hundreds of millions.

I can see this information one-at-a-time, say on Zillow, but what I'm looking for is a more streamlined approach where I can load many, perhaps even hundreds of homes into Excel in order to create averages.I'm hoping this will allow me the ability to see the potential or lack of potential for any home that comes on the market in my area.  

Taxpayers are paying you a comfortable living wage to go to college, while our civilian peers are going tens and often hundreds of thousands of dollars into debt to go to college.

Flipping homes while going to school and living a few hundred miles away seems like a recipe for sub optimal returns on your first deal.  

Best to spend a few hundred or even a grand, and have an attorney do that work. 

This will include new cabinets, countertops, sink, appliances and maybe even the floor.

I am torn on painting the cabinets white, replacing the cabinets with newer trendy white shaker cabinets or just keeping the originals and building my kitchen color scheme around whats there .

Based on already knowing cost for what needed to be replaced we could get an idea of cost.My local REI has a contractor member that has given out a cheat sheet of sorts that has material cost (updated as cost changes) and typical labor charges (also updated as needed) for several things like roof, flooring, appliances, cabinets and counters, windows, painting, etc. 

There was one area out side of Fort Myers that literally had hundreds of vacant, new homes.
