About 3 years after investing in the property, the natural gas and oil boom moved into my area, and I was able to get a fat check from leasing my mineral rights.

We also bought a motorlodge/motel in panacea Fl that fires out cash like a cannon….BOOM!

The boom is still coming, there is going to be fantastic growth in the next decade.

Funny thing I lived in Manchester downtown in 2020 and I know it’s been booming.

Of course travel demand was going to level off, return to more normal trends (international, metro, etc), just like literally EVERYTHING else that boomed as a result of covid eventually returned to normal.The world didn't fundamentally change. 

The county tax collector would be a good place to start.

And if any property association in Ko'olina allows nightly rentals, likely values will go boom.  

An example of this is a oil boom town.

PG county is a couple years away from having a housing boom in vouchers.
