So I've listened to many podcasts and read many forums and blogs here at BP about getting started in RE investing.

I just finished reading this article by Frank Defazio (http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2012/11/08...) and he states that after a period of time you can move out of the property and rent out of room you were living in to generate a higher cash flow.

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.

Read up on this blog about mobile homes for more help.You can check with local real estate agents who deal with mobile homes for an idea about prices.

But can I put articles on sites like FB and show people how they can use their 401k and change it to a self direct ira and invest in real estate.
